The Arc of Multnomah-Clackamas is a non-profit organization that works with individuals with developmental disabilities.

General Position Summary:

This position is responsible for accepting donations from customers in a friendly and professional manner.  Keeping the warehouse and parking lot clean and general maintenance.

Job Scope:

This position is considered a primary point of contact for The Arc's Donation Center customers. The Arc representative performs daily duties with assistance form operations manager as needed, based on established goals, procedures, and guidelines.  Position directly impacts the performance, productivity, and fiscal vitality of the Arc's operation.

Interpersonal Contacts:

This position has both internal and external contacts.  Internal contacts include interation with staff and management team.  External contacts are with the public and vendors.

Education and/or Experience:

• Knowledge/experience of the Donation Goods pick-up services
• Promotion/solicitation experience is helpful

Job Conditions:

Have the ability to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced operation catering to the community.  Maintain a varied workload, frequent interruptions, and multiple projects. Work weekdays and weekends. Varied hours.
